They book it online at a date and time that suits them, no input required from you after the gift is sent.
It's digital. There's no physical box to post, collect, or wrap. The gift arrives as a digital PDF voucher by email, instantly, as soon as your payment goes through. This makes it ideal for last-minute gifting or situations where you can't hand something over in person. If you want to present it physically, you can print the voucher yourself.
Yes. During checkout you can enter the recipient's name, email address, and a personal message, and we'll send the gift straight to their inbox. The price is never shown on the recipient's voucher.
The voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, giving the recipient two full years to browse, choose, and book their experience. There's no pressure to decide immediately, they can take their time and book when it suits them. If they need more time beyond the 24 months, extensions are available for a small fee.
