When you buy this gift box, you receive a digital voucher by email immediately after purchase. You can send it directly to the recipient or forward it yourself at the right moment. The recipient uses their unique code to access the box, browse the experiences available at this price tier, and choose the one they'd like to do. They book it online at a date and time that suits them, no input required from you after the gift is sent.
It's digital. There's no physical box to post, collect, or wrap. The gift arrives as a digital PDF voucher by email, instantly, as soon as your payment goes through. This makes it ideal for last-minute gifting or situations where you can't hand something over in person. If you want to present it physically, you can print the voucher yourself.
Yes. During checkout you can enter the recipient's name, email address, and a personal message, and we'll send the gift straight to their inbox. Alternatively, receive it yourself and forward it whenever the timing is right, on the morning of their birthday, after you've given them a card, or at any point that works for you. The price is never shown on the recipient's voucher.
The voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, giving the recipient two full years to browse, choose, and book their experience. There's no pressure to decide immediately, they can take their time and book when it suits them. If they need more time beyond the 24 months, extensions are available for a small fee.
If they'd prefer something different from what's in this box, they can choose any other experience available at this price tier, they're not locked into one specific activity. If they'd like access to a wider or more premium range of experiences, the box can be upgraded to a higher tier before redemption. Yes, provided the voucher hasn't been activated. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, as long as the recipient hasn't yet used the code to access the gift box. Once the voucher is activated, it's no longer refundable. To request a refund, contact us at hello@giftexperiencedays.com as soon as possible.
