What is an experience day gift voucher?

An experience day voucher is a digital gift that gives someone access to a themed selection of activities. They can redeem it online and choose one experience to book from the available options.

Who can I buy experience gifts for?

Experience days work well for both personal and corporate occasions. You can buy them for friends or family celebrating a special occasion, or use them to recognise employees with a meaningful gift.

Will anything be delivered by post?

No, all of our experience gifts are digital. The voucher is emailed to you, and you can send it to the recipient when needed.

Can the gift voucher be sent directly to the recipient?

Yes, you can choose to have the voucher emailed straight to the recipient, or have it sent to you first so you can forward it at the right time.

Do you offer themed gift vouchers for specific occasions?

Yes absolutely! We offer experience gift ideas for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas and other seasonal events. We also provide options for corporate gifting, such as staff recognition or client thank-you gifts.

How Gift Vouchers Work

How do I buy a gift experience?

You start by choosing a themed experience voucher and selecting a price point that suits you. After payment, your gift voucher is emailed to you and ready to send on.

What do I receive after placing the order?

You’ll receive the gift voucher by email. You can either forward it to the recipient when it suits you or print it out to give in person. If you prefer, you can enter the recipient’s email during checkout and we’ll send it to them directly.

Can I personalise the experience gift?

Yes, you can add a personal message during checkout. This message will appear on the recipient’s voucher. Don't worry - the price of the gift is never shown at any stage.

How soon will I get the gift voucher?

Your voucher is delivered by email as soon as your payment is confirmed. You can send it to the recipient straight away or hold onto it for a future date.

What if I don’t know what experience they’d enjoy?

You can choose a themed experience box that includes a variety of options within a single category. Each box gives the recipient the freedom to pick the activity they like most from the selection.

Booking Questions

How does someone redeem their gift voucher?

Each gift voucher includes easy-to-follow redemption instructions, or they can go to our website and enter their unique code to redeem and book an experience.

Can a booking be changed once it’s confirmed?

Bookings can’t always be changed, but we’ll check with the provider and support the recipient if an alternative is available.

Can they exchange the voucher for a different experience?

Yes, they can choose a different option from within the same experience box. The replacement just needs to be available and within the same category.

Is help available if they need support during booking?

Yes absolutely! Our customer service team is available by phone or email. We can help with bookings, changes or any questions about what's included.

What happens after they book their experience?

Once booked, they will receive a confirmation email with the booking details. We’ll also send a reminder closer to the date if the experience provider offers one.

Exchanges & Refunds

Can I request a refund on a gift voucher?

Yes, if the voucher hasn’t been activated, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. After it’s been activated, refunds aren’t available.

How long is a gift voucher valid for?

All of our experience day vouchers are valid for 48 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed clearly on the voucher, so the recipient can see how long they have to redeem and enjoy their experience.

What happens if the voucher expires before it’s used?

Vouchers can be extended before the expiry date or reactivated after expiry, and both options are available for a small fee. If the recipient needs help, they can contact us to arrange it.

Can the recipient cancel a booking after it’s confirmed?

Cancellations depend on the provider’s policy, and some bookings can’t be changed once they’re confirmed. If the recipient runs into trouble, they can contact us and we’ll do what we can to help.

What happens if the experience is cancelled by the provider?

If a provider cancels, the recipient can usually rebook for a new date. If that’s not possible, they can contact us and we’ll help them explore other available options within their gift box.

Can we personalise gift vouchers for our company?

Yes, you can include a personalised message on each voucher, and we can apply your company logo to the digital gift template if you'd like. There’s no charge for this and no design work required from your side.

We’ll make the process simple from start to finish. Whether you need a small batch or a large run, we’ll work to your timelines and budget. Every voucher is delivered digitally, so you can store them easily or send them when you’re ready.
